There is no way that she can be considered a cheater. She had no way of knowing about her internal parts, or how they would affect her performance. Seeing her dominance in the sport though does raise questions about how they do affect her athletic performance. I am sure that she does have an edge over the competition, but it isn't like she is taking performance enhancing drugs. There is nothing she can do about it seeing as she was born that way. You cannot consider her a cheater, and I think that she should still be allowed to compete.

  1. Could it be that she is just an outstanding runner? Another point that you bring up is we do not know how much having internal testes really translates into performance. Does simply having more testosterone than other females equate great running ability?

  2. I think that she could just be an outstanding runner. Men and Women athletes are breaking records all the time so it could just be that she is an outstanding runner and the internal testes they found have nothing to do with her being a good runner. Only science will be able to tell if the testes improved her running skills.

  3. With the internal testes comes the testosterone that males possess and allows them to essentially be bigger, faster and stronger than most women, and with that this South African woman was all that compared to the other athletes so that is why she was under speculation. but it is possible that they could be ineffective but based off of her physique and ability i'm sorry to say but i feel that they helping performance. if this has happened to one athlete in the world, do you think this has ever been a problem for any other elite women athletes in the world?
